These terms and conditions apply to the use of facilities and services provided by WeSUP paddleboard centre for members and users.

Payment

To confirm your booking you must pay for the activity in full.
We may except the token of a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount for a booking of 6 or more people.
The outstanding balance for a group booking must be paid one week before your activity or the activity booking will become void and the sessions will be re-booked.
We do not keep any credit card details or customer information and will never share with a 3rd party

 

 

 

Equipment

All equipment is regularly checked for damage.
Please report any damage to kit prior to use to a member of staff.
Please report any damage caused to kit during your activity.
By participating in an activity, you thereby agree to take responsibility for and pay for any damage caused by improper use.
By participating in an activity, you thereby agree to pay £45 if you lose a paddle.

Health and safety

WeSUP is covered by customer liability insurance.
All participants are made aware that they are undertaking the activity at their own risk.
All participants are made aware of the safety guidelines and will be asked to read, understand, and sign the activity assessment form.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
If the adult is not particip[ating, they must remain within ear & eye-shot of the child whilst they are on the water.
If participant is under the age of 18 all forms must be read and signed by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
All participants with a medical condition must fill out a medical form.
All participants must not paddle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
All participants must undergo an induction before using equipment.
Participants must not let anyone else use their kit.

Memberships

We do not offer any discount on memberships.
Membership prices may change annually.
We do not accept membership cancellations or refunds.
Membership may be suspended in the event of long-term illness, injury, or pregnancy.
We do not transfer memberships from person to person.
All Members shall abide by the Membership enrolment form at all times when using equipment. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of Membership.
Members must not let anyone who is a non-member use equipment.
Members must follow WeSUP’s instructions at all times.

WeSUP Shop

We will refund any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
We will not accept a return without labels or receipt.
Refunds are credited to original method of payment.
WeSUP’s paddleboarding vouchers cannot be used for retail items.

And finally

WeSUP reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice.
We may use your email for marketing purposes but will never share your personal email or data with a 3rd party client.

Cancellation & refund

Unfortunately, we cannot accept fully refunded cancellations under any personal circumstances however we will do our very best to satisfy a partial refund where applicable or a full refund to your full purchase value by way of WeSUP activity vouchers.
WeSUP maintains the right to cancel sessions at any time should the senior management or instructors deem the weather conditions too dangerous.
We do not cancel sessions due to the rain or cloudy sky. We cancel sessions if the wind is blowing dangerously and the senior managers feel the group will not maintain their ability to cope, or in the instance of lightning storms.
Where sessions need to be cancelled by WeSUP due to adverse weather, we will offer vouchers which can be redeemed at any time in the future, unless you live out of the county. In that instance, a full refund will be offered.
Cancellations due to illness, injury or any other personal reason will be accepted if notified 7 days prior to the activity. In this instance, a 50% refund will be issued within 5 working days of the cancellation.
We have a no refund policy if the activity is cancelled due to personal circumstances within less than 48 hours prior to activity
If activity is cancelled within 48 hours and the customer wishes to reschedule they must pay a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total amount due
Customers may only reschedule their activity once unless the cancellation is due to adverse weather. In that case, the session can be rescheduled as required.
We hold the right to cancel/postpone your activity at any point if we deem the weather conditions unsafe
